Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cix6s ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the cix6s online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://cix6s.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the cix6s account registration process, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using any feature of the cix6s platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their current form. Your continued use of the platform following any revision of these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations between you and cix6s relating to the subject matter herein.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the cix6s platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. cix6s strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players. Proof of age will be requested prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of cix6s or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from cix6s under a self-exclusion agreement or been permanently banned for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or entity.

Account Registration

To access the full range of cix6s services, you must create a personal account via the cix6s Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method.

One account per player is the strict rule at cix6s. Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether through different email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment method combinations — is a material breach of these Terms. cix6s employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations across its entire player base in Bangladesh.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any change to your name, contact details, or payment method must be reported to cix6s support promptly. cix6s is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep account information current.

Account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. cix6s will never request your password through any communication channel. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify cix6s in writing of any unauthorised access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cix6s platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cix6s supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional banking partners may be added or removed at cix6s's discretion without prior notice.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your account dashboard. cix6s reserves the right to apply additional limits to accounts that have not completed full KYC verification.

Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit ("same-source rule"). This rule exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. In cases where the original deposit method is no longer active, cix6s may, at its sole discretion, request alternative verification before approving an alternative withdrawal channel.

cix6s does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside cix6s's control. Players are advised to check their provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

Processing times for withdrawals are typically one to three business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. cix6s is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile operators, or banking infrastructure.

• Deposits made during system maintenance windows may be delayed; cix6s will notify players of scheduled maintenance via the platform notice board.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated by the player without prior communication with cix6s support are treated as potential fraud and may result in immediate account suspension.
• cix6s may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions at any time as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

cix6s offers various promotional incentives to players including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.

All bonuses carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational, single-player use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to clear bonus funds — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and review of the account.
• cix6s reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with or without notice, including after a player has opted in, if there is evidence of abuse or if the promotion was published in error.
• Players may be required to opt in explicitly to qualify for a promotion. Automatic crediting of bonuses does not guarantee eligibility if the player does not meet all qualifying conditions.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash directly, or exchanged for any other form of value outside the cix6s platform.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on the cix6s platform are subject to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market only.

All casino game outcomes on cix6s are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) supplied by our game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These RNGs are independently tested and certified to ensure fair, random, and unpredictable results for every player.

For sports betting — including live cricket betting covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — odds are set by cix6s at its own discretion. cix6s reserves the right to suspend or void any bet at any time where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match manipulation, or data feed errors. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake value.

• cix6s is not liable for bets placed on events whose outcomes were already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game or mid-wager, cix6s will use recorded game state data to determine the fair resolution of the round. Partial play data will be used where a complete round cannot be reconstructed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per player account. These limits are visible within each game and may be adjusted for individual accounts at cix6s's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cix6s platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sports betting market.
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, macros, or any automated betting software to interact with the cix6s platform.
• Exploitation of errors — deliberately exploiting bugs, software glitches, or pricing errors in games or betting markets.
• Money laundering — using the cix6s platform for any transaction whose purpose is to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Account sharing or selling — allowing third parties to access, operate, or transfer ownership of your cix6s account.
• Underage gambling — registering or playing if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating the registration of an underage person.

Responsible Gaming

cix6s is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools to every registered player, free of charge:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cix6s platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any part of the cix6s platform or its content without the express prior written permission of cix6s.

Any unauthorised use of cix6s intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by cix6s is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at cix6s.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

cix6s collects personal data strictly to the extent necessary to provide its services, verify player identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cix6s and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the cix6s platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to decisions made during gameplay or sports betting.
• Interruptions in service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or results displayed on the cix6s platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

cix6s's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to cix6s in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cix6s's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Amendments to These Terms

cix6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, cix6s will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the cix6s platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support at [email protected] prior to the effective date.

The version of these Terms currently in force is always the version displayed at https://cix6s.io/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document identifies the current version.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

cix6s aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of your complaint and providing any relevant account or transaction details. cix6s will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

cix6s operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the cix6s platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations in their specific location and division within Bangladesh.
